TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A non-refundable deposit equivalent to the cost of the first night’s accommodation is required at the time of booking to secure a reservation. Credit or debit card details over the telephone is required.Any bookings cancelled or curtailed within 14 days of the arrival date (or during your stay), will be charged at the room rate applicable, unless the accommodation is subsequently re-let. May we respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract. A booking contract is a contract in British Law, if you cancel you may be charged if we are unable to re-let your room. We recommend you consider taking out holiday insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen eventualities.

Additional Information
Smoking - The interior of Richmond House is entirely non-smoking.  An ashtray is provided in the garden for those who wish to smoke.

Occupancy - Rooms will be ready for occupation from 4.00pm on the day of arrival. Guests are requested to vacate rooms by 10am on the day of departure.

Children - Children are welcome at Richmond House.  Children under the age of 2 years, in a travel cot, stay free of charge.  We have travel cots and a high chair available for you to use.

Access – all the guest bedrooms in Richmond House are on the second floor, and so require all guests to go negotiate 2 flights of stairs.  Being an old house, we do not have a lift.

Meal times - Breakfast is served between 08:00 and 09:00 each morning (unless arranged otherwise).

Internet access – Wi-Fi is available in all bedrooms and can be used free of charge for email and browsing the internet. Downloading and streaming are not permitted. Use of the system requires signed agreement to our terms of use – these are available on request, and are included in the information pack in the rooms.

Pets – we don’t accept pets at Richmond House.
